Continuing Education (CE) for Clinicians

Credits for our Foundational Class are available for psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and certified counselors. In order for CE credits to be awarded to any student, all eligibility requirements must be met. Those are

Satisfactory Completion: Participants must have paid the course fee, been present at role call for each session, attended the entire course (one hour twice a week for 40 hours) and completed an evaluation, in order to receive a certificate of completion/attendance. In addition to the previous requirements, Social Workers must complete and pass, with a score of at least 70%, a post-test to receive a certificate of completion/attendance. Participants not fulfilling these requirements will not receive a certificate. Failure to be present and accounted for during sign in or sign out (role call) will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available. Certificates will be sent after the seminar or posted on the Internet at www.ceuregistration.com
Psychologists: R. Cassidy Seminars is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. R. Cassidy Seminars maintains responsibility for this program. 30.0 hours.

Social Workers: Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB)-R. Cassidy Seminars, provider #1082, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (www.aswb.org, phone-1-800-225-6990), through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. R. Cassidy Seminars maintains responsibility for the program. Social workers will receive 28.0 continuing education clock hours by participating in this course.

Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists: (Marriage and Family Therapists, please check with your state board to see if CE credit is available.) R Cassidy Seminars/Amedco is recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors to offer continuing education for certified counselors. We adhere to NBCC continuing education guidelines. Provider #5633. 28.0 hours.
CA: Course meets the qualifications for (28) hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, Provider #PCE418.

We strongly recommend that you check with your individual state regulatory agency to determine whether or not you are eligible for continuing education credit by participating in this telecourse.
