To meet the requirement for graduation from ILCT's Accredited Coach Training Program and apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential offered by the International Coach Federation (ICF), 130 hours of coach training must be successfully completed. Those requirements are as follows:

1. Complete the 40 hour Foundational Course without missing more than 5 classes;
2. Pass the written examination at 70% or above;
3. Document 50 hours of coaching (with at least 5 clients and no more than 25% pro bono); and
4. Complete the Foundational Competency Practicum of 20 hours; (three (3) of the six (6) observed coaching sessions will be obtained through this class.)
5. Advanced Skills Practicum (20 hours) (Three (3) of the observed coaching sessions will be obtained though this class)
6. Ethics class (8 hours)
7. 42 hours of electives from our various advanced offerings.
   
   ILCT students must also successfully complete:
   
8. Six (6) observed coaching sessions: Three (3) of these sessions are completed in the Foundational Competency Practicum. Three (3) additional sessions will be completed in the Advanced Skills Practicum.
9. An essay containing two sections: a reflective essay and a longitudinal case study.
10. An additional 50 hours of client coaching (100 hours cumulative).
11. The Final Oral Examination. This is a coaching demonstration with two ICF certified coaches, one who is coached by you and the other an observer. Both will assess your coaching, and you must pass at the PCC level.

Once you have completed all of the above, the educational and testing requirements of our Accredited Coach Training Program will have been met. At this point, you may apply directly to the ICF for either the ACC or the PCC credential. The cost to complete all one-hundred thirty hours of coach training is approximately $6,500 (excluding any application process, mentor coaching or licensing fees necessary for classes).
