To meet the requirement for graduation from ILCT's Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential offered by the International Coach Federation (ICF), 130 hours of coach training must be successfully completed. Those requirements are as follows:

Complete the 40 hour Foundational Course without missing more than 5 classes; |

Pass the written examination at 70% or above; |
| |
3. |
Document 50 hours of coaching (with at least 5 clients and no more than 25% pro bono - click for application); and |

Complete the Coaching Skills Practicum of 20 hours (Three (3) of the observed coaching sessions will be obtained though this class); and |

5. |
Complete the ICF Core Competency Class of 20 hours; (three (3) of the six (6) observed coaching sessions will be obtained through this class); and |

6. |
Complete the Supervision Practicum of 14 hours; and |
| |
7. |
Complete the Ethics class (8 hours). Upon completion of the Ethics class, all required classes (102 hours) have been taken. The Ethics class may be taken any time after the Foundational Class. |

28 hours of electives from our various advanced offerings. |
ILCT students must also successfully complete: |

An essay containing two sections: a reflective essay and a longitudinal case study. |
| |
10. |
An additional 50 hours of client coaching (100 hours cumulative - click for client coaching tracking form ). |

The Final Oral Examination. This is a coaching demonstration with two ICF certified coaches, one who is coached by you and the other an observer. Both will assess your coaching, and you must pass at the PCC level. |
The cost to complete all one-hundred thirty hours of coach training is approximately $6,800 (excluding any application process, mentor coaching or licensing fees necessary for classes).
