Diana is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and work/life coach. She is an instructor for the Employee Assistance and Workplace Coaching Specialist™ Program at The Institute for Life Coach Training, where her specialty is mid-management coaching. She is also a certified trainer for the Peoplemap System™ training programs.

Diana has been working nationally since 1992 as an employee assistance management consultant and coach for Working Solutions, which later became United Behavioral Health EAP. She is the founder of Savvy Life Skills which provides coaching, consulting, and custom-designed training programs for organizations. Diana works with people at every level of employment and management on the difficult personal and professional issues that face employees and organizations. Her consultation services also include the development of company policies on drug free workplace, workplace violence and trauma, and organization change. Diana holds advanced certifications from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation in Critical Incident Stress Management, Preventing Workplace Violence, and Terrorism Response. She has written a manual and multiple articles on workplace violence, trauma, and grief. Diana also provides training advisement for those who are candidates for Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) standing.

Lisa Kramer

Lisa Kramer, founder and president of Living with Intention LLC, is a professional coach, coach trainer, author and speaker. As a member of the faculty of the Institute for Life Coach Training, Lisa trains professionals to become life and relationship coaches. She also serves as a mentor-coach for newer coaches. She is the author of Coaching with Intention, the first book in her Coaching Mastery series and Loving with Intention: A Guide for Relationship Coaching.

Lisa received her coach certification from The Coaches Training Institute in 2001 and earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation in 2004. Prior to transitioning to coaching full-time in 2001, Lisa was a clinical social worker and a social work professor at Widener University School of Human Service Professions. Lisa received her Master's degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and completed graduate coursework in human resource management from Widener University. Bobbie Burdett is the Director of Training for HealthWorld Online, and a co-creator of The Wellness Resource Center in 1975 with John W. Travis, MD.; the first wellness center in the U.S. She co-developed the wellness coaching process for the Center and was instrumental in the development of pioneering Preventing Burnout programs for helping professionals.. She has also been a featured speaker for large and small audiences on the subject of wellness.

In recent years, she has focused her studies on Positive Psychology with Martin Seligman, PhD, and Social Neurobiology with Dan Siegel, PhD. She co-organized The Mindsight Symposium in Portland, OR, in 2005, on the subject of social neurobiology.

Elisabeth E. Garrett (Lisa) has worked with many organizations and individuals to build their capacity, reflect on their strengths, allign with their purpose, and increase their effectiveness. Most recently she facilitated a national strategy session between The Ruckus Society's Indigenous People’s Power Project (IP3) and various Indigenous communities and organizations, and served as the Interim Education and Child Welfare Policy Coordinator at the height of the widely successful Coalition for Asian American Children and Families Keep the Promise Coalition's budget advocacy campaign. Lisa also served as the Executive Director of the Funders' Collaborative on Youth Organizing, executed the International Youth Parliament 2004 for Oxfam in Sydney, Australia, and served as a Program Director for the Seva Foundation.

For over a decade Lisa has worked to further human rights, self-determination, and environmental justice and has actively participated on several delegations to the United Nations focused on Indigenous Peoples, women rights and sustainable development. Throughout her work, Lisa maintains a commitment to capacity building, youth leadership and intergenerational partnerships.

She is currently involved in the Somatics and Social Justice Collaborative to explore how combining the two leads to transformative change.

Over the ten years she has been coaching, Fran has established a niche with organizational leaders, especially in the areas of business and life plan development.

Fran draws from her 25 years of business experience in the areas of marketing, sales, finance, and operations gained from leadership in several business sectors including telecommunications, financial services and consumer products. For the last 20 years, she has been a core faculty instructor at the Institute of Integrative Body Psychotherapy in Venice, CA., where she teaches psychotherapists, coaches and allied health practitioners how to integrate body, mind, and spirit into their work. Currently her energy and professional interests are focused on life coaching and the integration of body-mind skills into training programs for coaches.
