Reflections on the Future II
Reflections on the Future II

I am pleased to announce that I have asked Dr. Jim Vuocolo, MCC to serve as the Director of Training for ILCT and he has accepted.  Jim has been an incredible support and mentor during the past 4 years that I’ve been running ILCT, always bringing his expertise, clarity, and sense of humor to our talks, and I am excited about the possibilities of working with together as we take ILCT into the future.

For those who haven’t had the pleasure getting to know him by taking one of his many classes, Jim was also born and raised in N.J., ultimately pursuing a masters and doctorate through Drew University before being ordained in the United Church of Christ in 1979. He served positions as a pastor, teacher, and Campus Ministry Executive Director in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and Southern California, before retiring in 1999.

A pioneer in the coaching profession, Jim is a charter member of the International Coach Federation; one of its first Master Certified Coaches; a charter member and Certified Executive Coach with the World Association of Business Coaches; a Certified Life Coach & Mid-Life Strategist; a Certified Job Loss Recovery and Career Coach; and a Certified Mentor Coach. He began coaching in 1990, trained with Thomas Leonard beginning in 1994, and has since trained thousands of coaches as a Senior Faculty Member at ILCT, as well as CoachU. He also runs his own International coaching business focusing on personal and career transition and business development, and is the founder of http://www.MasterfulMindset.com.

And if you’re lucky, Jim and his wonderful wife Debbie may sing you happy birthday one day. As a former member of the famed Westminster Choir, Jim sang under the baton of many leading conductors including Leonard Bernstein, and Eugene Ormandy.  Jim and Debbie now reside in Las Vegas, NV together with their latest rescue dog, Logan. Their son, Adam, and his spouse  also recently moved to Nevada.

Please join me in celebrating this great opportunity for ILCT as we move into the future!
