This 4-day seminar is designed to provide professionals
an understanding of the theory, history and practical
methodology of professional coaching as a field. The
seminar will clarify the distinction between therapy
and coaching. Participants will learn skills that are
transferable from the field of therapy and identify
skills that need to be "unlearned" in order
to be an effective coach.
Dr. Williams developed this workshop specifically for
mental health professionals who would like to further
understand the field of coaching and how they may incorporate
coaching into their practice, or evolve their practice
into one entirely focused on coaching. Live and video
demonstrations, audio sessions, practical experience,
and interactive worksheets will be utilized extensively
to illustrate these principles and techniques.

owned cooking school/ bed and breakfast just minutes
from historic downtown Sorrento and the Mediterranean
Sea.
The venue offers:
Family style Bed and Breakfast: You
will be warmly greeted at the gate and feel at home
from the moment you arrive. Mami Camilla is a very comfortable,
relaxing place to stay. You can have as much privacy
as you like, or if you prefer, you can socialize with
the family and other guests. Most rooms have a private
bath, however, we have a few rooms with shared bath
upon request. There is plenty of patio space where you
can relax and enjoy the sun and the scenery. With a
quick 3 minute walk you are at the beach where you can
enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay or go swimming.
Ideal Location: The
location is ideal for a variety of day trips. With a
10-minute walk you can catch the local train and arrive
in Pompeii, Herculaneum or Naples, all within 30 - 45
minutes. Or, you can walk to Sorrento, a quaint little
town, in 10 - 15 minutes. Sorrento also has a ferry
terminal for local jaunts to the islands of Capri, Ischia,
Procida or to the Amalfi Coast. Exciting and interesting
excursions can be organized that enable you to learn
more about southern Italian history and culture that
make the region famous worldwide. Excursions can be
the standard visit to famous archaeological sites (Pompeii
or Herculaneum), or a pleasure trip by boat around Capri
and the Amalfi coast, or visit to a local farm for olive
oil, fresh cheese, and wine tasting and production along
with local artisan products like limoncello and gelato.
Meal and Excursion Options: For
maximum flexibility, each day lunch or dinner can be
selected according to individual excursion options.
