This course is intended to help applicants prepare for participation in the ICF Portfolio exam and its oral demonstrations.
This course is designed for those students who are considering applying for the ACC credential under the International Coach Federation (ICF) Portfolio approach (and need to receive 10 hours of mentor coaching), students who are working toward their PCC, as well as those who want to take their coaching and observational skills to a new level.
In compliance with the ICF’s definition of mentor coaching, this course will focus on mentoring students on their coaching skills rather than on practice building, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of an applicant’s coaching skill.
