This course will provide you with an opportunity to learn how to use four assessments which can help your clients explore their relationships and each other.
Use these assessments to help clients better understand each other’s personality type, learn how to relate, communicate, resolve differences and be intimate. Students will also learn about the Five Stage Marriage Model that covers creating high self worth, restoring romantic love, overcoming the power trap, understanding their spouse’s intimacy style and maintaining unconditional love.
Relationship Assessments
The PeopleMap Questionnaire
This assessment measures four personality types: Leader, People, Free Spirit and Task with a 95% accuracy rate. The PeopleMap Questionnaire is excellent for helping couples understand their mate and how to communicate more effectively and develop and maintain an intimate relationship.
The PeopleMap Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Questionnaire
This assessment is designed to help couples resolve the inevitable conflicts that arise in an intimate relationship. Four styles of conflict resolution are measured as well as how couples can utilize a simple but effective step-by-step process to reach win-win solutions.
The PeopleMap Intimacy Questionnaire
This assessment measure four intimacy styles: communication, touch, activities and affection. Learning your mate’s intimacy needs and how to specifically meet these needs draws couples closer together.
You will be certified (and receive a PeopleMap certificate) to use these assessments in your coaching practice.
