Relationship Coaching Specialist

For those individuals interested in becoming certified as a Relationship Coaching Specialist (RCS), ILCT has developed an 80 hour course of study which will provide you with the training and focus necessary to join this valuable area of coaching.

Requirements to achieve certification:

• Completion of the Foundations course (40 hours)
• Introduction to Relationship Coaching (12 hours)
• Completion of at least 28 hours of additional, specified coach training electives
• Additional Relationship courses available Winter 2012
  • Relationship Coaching Skills
  • Advanced Relationship Coaching
  • Introduction to Marriage Coaching

Time required in order to get certified varies depending on your availability and the scheduling for courses you need. Some of the courses can be taken while you are enrolled in the required courses, meaning you could complete your program in approximately 9 months.

The cost for this program for you depends on the courses you select. The average cost of completing 80 hours of training is approximately $4,400. Payment plans are available to help spread the costs over the length of your program.

All courses are conducted via teleconferences. We encourage you to find a long distance calling plan which will allow you to call our U.S. teleconference numbers for at least 3 hours per week.

ILCT is accredited by the International Coach Federation, NBCC and NAADAC; all credits earned as you become a RCS may also count towards CEUs with the relevant organizations.
