Catherine Morisset, PCC, BCC, CLC
Catherine Morisset is a Coach at heart – in her life and her career, she walks her talk, and it’s made her a popular coach and resource as an organizational coach & facilitator. Her clients say she is not only experienced and knowledgeable, but that what makes it work is her common-sense and authenticity-based approach.
In her 25+ years career as a coach, Catherine has been coach and faculty member for the Canada School of Public Service (2003-2011), and provided executives enrolled in senior leadership programs with group sessions and individual coaching to develop/enhance sustainable leadership, successful organizations and strong, resilient people. She holds ongoing contracts with national and international organizations, and has traveled world-wide, coaching executives, leaders and their employees.
She has designed and delivered resilience, wellness, leadership and change management programs for large organizations, delivering them in Canada and internationally. She regularly presents at conferences focusing on organizational resilience, wellness and effectiveness. .
Catherine holds a degree in psychology from the University of Ottawa and is a graduate of ILCT. She lives in Ottawa, Canada’s capital, and has three grown children. In her free time, she enjoys teaching Yoga and meditation, partaking in a variety of outdoor sports, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
