Manon Dulude PhD, PCC, BCC
Manon Dulude holds a Ph.D. in Human Development and Coaching (2012), a Professional Certified Coach accreditation with the International Coach Federation and is a Board Certified Coach.
Manon Dulude has over twenty-five years of solid and extensive experience in the field of Human Development. As a coach, Manon has worked with senior executives and key officials in the following sectors; Information Technology, financial, government, hotel, crown corporations, and non-profit.
Manon is co-author of The Coaching Continuum TM, a coaching framework and an online assessment tool for coaches to determine coaching capacity in clients.
Manon is an instructor and trainer for Coaching the Global Village and participated in the development and delivery of “the CGV Coach Approach” training with an NGO in Haiti.
Manon is committed to the development of the coaching profession. In June 2014, she joined the first ICF assessors’ cohort to be trained with the new PCC level credentialing markers. She also mentors and supervises coaches who seek to deepen their thinking process. In 2010 and 2011, she served as a committee member on the Education Steering Committee for the ICF international conferences.
In addition to her extensive experience as a coach, Manon brings many years of experience as a psychotherapist. Her private practice was established in 1995. She is a Certified Member with the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counselors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists.
