Practical Dispute Resolution

Learn how to empower your coaching clients to classify and resolve their life and business conflicts. 

This class teaches professional techniques to resolve relationship and business impasses about power, respect, and money.  Students will complete their own online Thomas-Killman conflict style analysis as part of this class, and will learn how to use this instrument with clients.

Objectives:

  1. Identify five sources of conflict and which ones are negotiable.
  2. Identify which conflict styles create impasses and how to discuss conflict styles with clients.
  3. Learn basic reframing skills for use with coaching clients.

The cost listed includes a $35 fee required to take the assessment that you will be directed to prior to the beginning of the course.
