Attendees were carefully selected based on geographic and cultural representation, professional affiliation, training/education background, business orientation, coaching specialty, and allied professions.

Williams worked with fellow delegates at the Summit to discern a path for the enduring success of the profession. Global challenges to coaching were detailed and addressed. Finally, the event culminated in the sharing of different ideas for moving the profession forward.
