The Executive Coaching Practicum offers you the opportunity to coach two people over a five-month period in a company (FCCI Insurance Group) that is utilizing the PeopleMap System (as well as the Myers-Briggs and StrengthsFinder tools) with all of its employees. The coaching clients you will be coaching are in an Emerging Leadership training program. These people have been selected for this training and coaching because they are valued employees and are moving into significant leadership roles within their company.

During this informational call, you will hear more about this unique program from instructors Mike Lillibridge and Peter Metzner. They will be joined by the Head of Training and the top Trainer at FCCI.
