Emilie Phaneuf is an entrepreneur, teacher and consultant who specializes in empowering clients and organizations to build resilience and sustainable growth. She is a founding partner at “Imagine Plus Solutions Inc., Personal and Organizational Resilience” where she designs leadership, work/life balance, burnout prevention and change management programs in Canada and internationally. She studied business at the University of Ottawa and is currently working towards her PCC certification.

Two decades ago she founded one of the top dance schools in Ottawa; her objective was to build a supportive community of empowered individuals through movement and self-expression. In 2018 she was awarded favourite dance instructor in Canada’s National Capital. One of her life-long passions is encouraging her clients to find freedom in the present moment and to move forward with intentional small steps.
