360 surveys are powerful developmental tools to mirror back to a coaching client how they are seen in the world. The use of 360 surveys is common in business and with career development professionals such as career coaches. Competencies in the areas of 360 development, administration, and use can distinguish you as a provider of professional services. This 10 hour course is designed for anyone who wants to integrate 360 surveys in their work with executives, leaders, and companies.
This course will provide competencies in the development and use of 360 instruments in general, as well as teaching participants how to design customized 360 surveys for their target niches through readings, recordings, and exercises. Additionally, participants will experience using a 360 process on individual case studies. This personal branding can help you design a more authentic marketing strategy for any business you own and want to grow.
To complete the course you will need to have access to a computer/tablet and should be comfortable using the Internet as you will be working on an e-learning platform. Students will have one year to complete the requirements for this course.

This course provides a solid foundation on how to create, select, administer, and coach using a 360 feedback tool. When I was an HR Director in large organizations I mostly implemented canned 360 tools. What I found most beneficial in this course was actually creating surveys from scratch based on the nature of the challenge.
