Executive and Business Coaching Specialist

For those individuals interested in becoming certified as an Executive and Business Coaching Specialist (EBCS), ILCT offers an 80-hour course of study which will provide you with the training and focus necessary to coach executives, leaders, and business owners.

Requirements to achieve certification:

Completion of the Foundations course or Foundations Course for Christian Coaches (40 hours)
Completion of at least 40 hours of additional coach training electives, 70% (28 hours) of which must be chosen from the electives listed on this page.

The length of time required to become certified varies depending on your availability and the scheduling for courses you need. Many of the courses can be taken concurrently, meaning you could complete your program in approximately 9 months.

The cost for this certification depends on the courses you select. The average cost of completing 80 hours of training is $4,550. Interest-free payment plans are available to help spread the costs over the length of your program.
