Co-creative coaching adds value beyond what you can accomplish alone. The main areas in which returns on your coaching investment are found are enhanced goal achievement, improved self understanding, and reduced resistance to change. Each of these contributes to greater life satisfaction across domains of relationships, career, finances, and personal growth beyond the specific reason(s) that you hired a coach to begin with.

  1. Enhanced Goal Achievement

One reason that people hire a coach is to make progress. By discussing your goals and the future you envisage you can add details to the path to attainment. This allows you to clarify your vision and connect to what you believe is possible. The ability to see yourself in a role, or with a particular outcome aids with manifestation. The aspects of your vision also provide insight into your drives and motivations. What is it about the goals you have selected that makes them appealing? This knowledge keeps you on target. And, in turn, naturally shifts into an exploration of how you are going to reach your goals through your choice of targeted strategies and timetabling.

  2. Improved Self Understanding

People may also work with a coach to gain greater clarity on what it is that they want in life and where their strength of purpose lies. This understanding of your priorities is a prerequisite for clearer boundaries. In other words, you will find it easier to discern what you can commit to fully as well as what is not a good fit.

In addition, taking a look at your contribution and where you bring joy also increases appreciation of your unique brilliance. This allows you to experience greater gratitude for and enhanced pleasure from your gifts. Getting to know yourself and how you think and feel, as well as how your body and soul respond, also brings greater awareness of how you nourish and sustain your vitality.

  3. Easier Adaptation to Change

Coaching contributes to goal completion and to a greater understanding of your talents and the life that makes you happy. Examining this deeply brings the added benefit of increasing flexibility and being able to go with the flow. It also means that changes to your habits will be easier to maintain as they come from your core being and are an external manifestation of inner shifts. You will be more tuned to the current situation and where you want to go next. Finally, you will have tools that allow for more objective exploration of your possibilities and release of outdated beliefs and responses.

Whatever the reason for connecting with a coach, they will partner with you to firm up your foundation for getting things done, reveal a truer expression of yourself, and give you the tools to cope with transition. Coaching allows you to discover the interplay between being and doing so that you are more connected with life.
