“Joan was my instructor in the Advanced Job Search Coaching at ILCT. She has a deep and thorough knowledge of modern job search, which is great. But what really sets Joan apart is her honesty, integrity and also her authentic kindness - with Joan you can tell she really cares about what she is doing and in truly helping. Joan is someone you want as a coach trainer or as a partner in your job search.”

“I took the Advanced Job Search Coaching class with Joan. I don't know exactly what I was expecting, only that I wanted to make sure that I could offer the best resources and current information to my clients. I expanded my reach as a coach and increased my insights into the job search/careers space as a result of the class. Joan facilitated some great discussions and mock coaching, and she is a wealth of information. I would definitely recommend this class.”

“From blue ribbon readings, to in-class hands-on opportunities to an outstanding number of first class coaching tools that we were given, the AJSC class went beyond my expectations. Joan and Nancy were both fun and easy to work with and they were able to offer truly worthwhile tips, rather than just criticism, when evaluating our work. Before the class was over, I was already using some of the tools and information I got! Check the class out! it’s worth it!”

She is very knowledgeable in all topics career related, shared countless resources, and provided actionable strategies to assist my work as a Career and Life Coach for Nurses. Joan is an excellent active listener whose coaching presence and powerful questions provided a solid base for learning about Career Coaching and surely for those who work with her.
