Last month ILCT Founder Patrick Williams was the Keynote Speaker at the Pittsburgh Coaches Association’s Fall Event. As part of his presentation, Using the Coach Approach to Transform Organizations & Communities, Pat conducted a demonstration of the coaching process infused into a Circle, working with a group of local Nuns. Based on the process developed by Christine Baldwin and Ann Linnea, of PeerSpirit, Inc. , the circle is an ancient form of meeting, characterized by thoughtful speaking, deep listening, as well as shared leadership and responsibility.
