During this special virtual CCE program for the ICF Community of Practice, Peter will be presenting Healthy Relationships: Productive Organizations – What does Type have to do with it, exploring the essence of what we need to know about Personality in the workplace. How do each of the types trigger each other? What we as coaches and leaders need to know about the developmental needs of each type and how to flex, work with and coach and engage the differing types. Participants will gain a global understanding of the similarities of assessments like the DISC, Peoplemap, Colors, etc. and how type plays out in all of our relationships – professionally and personally. Regardless of the type of assessment(s) used, participants will gain a more universal understanding of type and how it plays out in coaching, team, leadership and organizational development. Register for this May 2nd call here.
