COURSE DEP
In this 12-hour, self-paced course, we draw inspiration from themes and best practices in depth psychology and spiritual direction. The focus is on integrating effective approaches into case consultation for coaches. This includes exploring transpersonal and Jungian themes, along with providing explicit examples of how psychospiritual themes can be incorporated into coaching, addressing issues such as transference, countertransference and more.
At the heart of this supervised learning process is case conceptualization, approached through a depth-oriented lens. The course delves into both implicit and explicit spiritual content, allowing coach to discern when to broaden or narrow their focus while working with coachees/clients.
Throughout the course, participants will provide concise written summaries of actual client sessions which will serve as material for introspective and experiential writing exercises. The course is about exploring your own interior landscape, not what technique you may be using with a client but how you are showing up in the coaching relationship.
The course is designed to be self-paced and online, with instructor feedback provided after completion of each case write-up. To complete the course you will need to be comfortable using the Internet as you will be working on an e-learning platform.
