AI in Coaching: Presence, Permission, and Professional Responsibility

This course explores the rapidly evolving intersection of artificial intelligence and coaching through a practical, ethical, and psychologically informed lens. Rather than focusing solely on enterprise AI coaching systems, this training addresses the everyday realities coaches are already encountering: clients using AI between sessions, coaches experimenting with AI tools for reflection and practice support, and the growing cultural presence of conversational AI in personal growth and wellness spaces.
