Coaching the Mid-Life Journey

Are you navigating mid-life? Do you work with clients who are? Mid-life is a time of transition, a time of questioning and discoveries. This course explores the various characteristics of Mid-life – the struggles and joys, as well as the coaching strategies you can use to assist your clients in navigating their individual journeys.

The course includes:

  • Classic and contemporary views of developmental changes in mid-life
  • How mid-life issues for men and women differ and how they surface at work and at home
  • Cases illustrating how to surface mid-life and spiritual issues and set goals
  • Tools to use in coaching sessions which help create the foundation for helping the client navigate this phase of his/her life

Weekly assignments include reading and keeping a journal.
