  • Clarity on what Executive coaching is, what’s similar and what’s different from other types of coaching.
  • Review various Executive coaching niches and discover what type might be a good fit for you.
  • Understanding the Executive coaching process – pre engagement – engagement start to finish- post engagement including associated forms and documents
  • Learn the difference between Performance coaching vs. Leadership development coaching and the approach.
  • Understand Executive goal definition, tracking progress & results and determining return on investment (ROI).
  • Gain clarity on Executive coaching skills and working with the Executive ego
  • Learn the importance of Coaching for Results and Solution based coaching
  • Clarity on Executive coaching strengths & boundaries, (supporting vs. advising)
  • Receive an Executive coaching tool box of forms: Request for Proposal, Coaching Plan, Executive Questionnaire, Leadership Skills Check List and more
  • The importance of 360 assessments, the various types including verbal 360’s and “how to” forms and processes.
  • Get a head start with tips from an experienced executive coach – what to do and what not to do.

Course Prerequisites

Enrollment in Foundations, 20 hours of coach training, or previous executive coaching experience
